A brilliant double wedding day for Laurels! 2 weddings in one day culminating in Chris & Lizzie’s celebration in North Devon.
The day began at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe, where frontman Joe performed for the bride’s ceremony & drinks reception. Joe performed XO by John Mayer (Beyonce cover) whilst the brides walked down the isle, just as the rain stopped!
Our good friend Gemma then performed a Mozart piece with the maid of honour singing an opera song in place of a reading.
Afterwards, it was a short 15 minute drive to Marwood, arriving at Chris & Lizzie’s wedding at the community hall. Despite a very hot day to be setting up, we were set up in no time, and oh it looked so good with our new lights!
After cutting the cake, we performed the first dance, which was Dakota by Stereophonics. We then performed for over 2 hours! Despite the heat, we gave it all we had! As shown by the dance moves below!
I even managed to convince a guest to take some videos of us!
Overall it was an amazing (albeit hot) day! We had such a blast. Thanks for everyone for dancing and partying with us and congratulations to both couples!
